Chocolate Mousse Pie

Chocolate Mousse Pie that is wheat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, sugar-free, Low-fat, and Cholesterol -free

 This wonderful dessert was the #1 favorite at Alaine's Bakery back in the '90's.  That was back when most folks didn't know what "whole-grain" was ... and those folks did not appreciate the whole-grain cakes at that time.  But they did like "creamy" and "chocolate-y"!  Once they tried the Chocolate Mousse Pie, they kept coming back for more.

The crust is made of freshly-ground whole-grain oat flour and cocoa powder - no fat is added.

The filling is a silken tofu base with dark chocolate, lightly sweetened, that is so rich and creamy no one will suspect it's tofu (instead of artery-clogging cream and eggs).
**This can be made with a different base if you are allergic to soy.
