Vegan Carrot Cakes & Cupcakes



Ingredients: Organic fresh carrots, organic crushed pineapple, organic raisins and walnuts combined with the organic whole grain oat flour and fruit syrup(apple,peach,and pear) for a dense, moist cake.

Frosting: Organic silken tofu, organic agave syrup, dairy-free cream cheese and pure vanilla.
