We've moved again here in Tucson, and this time, we think we've hit the jackpot. We're on the Tanque Verde wash, on acreage, and have our horses here with us. The house has wide verandas - perfect for our Greenheart Dining Club - which we have wanted to start since coming to Tucson. Our first dinner will be Saturday, September 29th. It will be vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, and the desserts, as usual, will have no refined sugar. We are really looking forward to this; we have a garden and have been making pesto and putting it aside for the dinner. We have had a very nice response, and half the available seats are already taken. Email me if you would like an invitation, as it is not open to the general public, and you must have a ticket in advance.
