Easter and Spring cakes and cupcakes

We are taking orders for Easter cakes and cupcakes - and all the time! We make special order birthday cakes, wedding cakes, "smash" cakes, baby shower cakes - or anything else you can think of.  Above, you see the Easter bunny cake, Easter basket cupcakes, and Lemon Berry Cake.  All are vegan (exception:  there's beeswax in the natural jelly bean glaze - we can substitute berries, or you can bring us jelly beans of your choice :-), organic whole-grain oat flour that's gluten-free, gently sweetened with agave, maple syrup, or organic birch, made without added fat.  And so, all are hearty, delicious - and you get a good strong energy from eating them.

For Easter:  the Bunny Cakes are $25, and come in chocolate, carrot or coconut.

The Easter basket cupcakes are $3/each, and also come in carrot, chocolate or coconut.

You may also "take your chances" at Saturday St. Phillips Plaza farmers market, 9 - 1.  (SE corner of River and Campbell)

And, Easter Sunday at Rillito Park farmers market, 8:30 - 12:30.  (on 1st Ave south of River)

The 7-inch, 3-layer Lemon Berry Cake (serves 12-15) is $45.00.

As we go into April, we see that we will be at St. Phillips farmers market every Saturday morning, and Rillito Park farmers market every Sunday morning.  

*Exception:  there will be a VegFest on Sunday April 24th at The Whistle Stop 10 am - 6 pm.

U of A Mall farmers market will be held on 3 consecutive Wednesdays in April:  the 6th, 13th and 20th.  10 am - 2 pm on the lawn in front of the Student Union.

We are donating baked goods (cookies, muffins, brownies, apricot date bars) to the Vegan Bake Sale on Sunday April 10th to raise money for Ironwood Pig Sanctuary.
