Yes, we are still doing vegan meal prep (whole foods plant-based, no oil). The weekly menu is emailed on Wednesdays, for the upcoming weekend. At present (3.19.2020), orders can be picked up on Sunday at Rillito Park Farmers Market, or directly from us (far east side of Tucson), or we can meet you Monday afternoon with your order at Speedway and Wilmot (Trader Joe's parking lot). Potato & Spinach Soup
Inspired by a recipe from the Esselstyn book. Organic: red potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, red bell, onion – and lots of fresh spinach, seasoned with Ted’s garden herbs. (GF, SF, oil-free) $7.00
Frozen we have: 2 Mushroom Miso Barley; 5 Zesty Vegetable; 1 “Cream” of Broccoli.
Tomato & Asparagus Quiche
We had this a couple months ago: sun-dried tomatoes, fresh asparagus, nutritional yeast, onion, in a tofu-based filling, topped with fresh tomato & Daiya Swiss cheez, in a white WW crust.

Mushroom Lentil Loaf
Lentils, mushrooms, brown rice, carrot, celery, onion & other seasonings. These will be mini-loaves, made in the pans we use for Banana Walnut Loaves. (GF, SF, oil-free) $10.00
Caponata We have 6 frozen. This week I had caponata on a baked potato, and we also had it on pasta. Simmered eggplant, organic red bell & red onions, mushrooms, olives, in red wine and tomato sauce. Delicious hot or cold. 8 oz. (GF, SF, oil-free) $6.00
Southwest Black Bean Salad
Organic black beans, jicama, green onion, red bell, roasted corn in a fresh lime juice dressing. (GF, SF, no oil). 8 oz. $7.00
Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)
Tempeh ChickUn Salad: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread (we use soy-free Vegenaise in the dressing). $8
BBQ Seitan on a “bun”; This is the tender herbed seitan I used to make all the time. Sliced and marinated in our BBQ sauce, w/our cashew cheez spread on an Ezekial English muffin as the bun J (SF, oil-free) $9
