Tomato Coconut Lentil Soup

 Lentils, coconut milk, fire-roasted tomatoes, cooked with garlic and onions, red bells and seasonings.  (GF, soy-free)  $7

FROZEN:  Pumpkin Lentil Soup – only 5 available $7

Black-eyed Peas w/sausage and Corn Muffins

Ted is making his black-eyed peas for the new year, and adding veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, greens) and the vegan sausage that we make (pinto bean-based).  Our whole-grain corn muffins on the side. (GF, soy-free) $10

Shepherd’s Pie

Mixed veggies (carrots, green beans, parsnips) and bite-size pieces of tempeh baked in a brown sauce, topped with a mashed yam top.

 (GF, oil-free) $10.00.

Stuffed Red Bell Peppers

Filled with Spanish rice, using brown basmati, onions, garlic, tomatoes, roasted corn.  One whole pepper (not cut in half) (GF, soy-free, no added fat) $9.

 

Sandwiches

Chickpea Mock “Tuna”:  8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)

Seitan Reuben:  house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, Daiya Swiss, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $9

Millet Lentil Loaf:  sprouted organic millet & lentils cooked with onion & herbs, then sliced as a loaf.  On Dave’s Killer Bread w/our house made cashew cheez and ketchup.

Carrot  Cake, by the slice.   (GF, no added oil) $6.50/slice

Hand Pies:   organic Granny Smith apple; organic Peach – sprouted organic spelt crust (SF) 6.50

Roasted Hazelnut & Cacao  Truffles (date-sweetened) 1.75/each

Organic Fresh Berry Tarts (GF) 6.50 Please specify if you’d like soy-free filling.

Pecan Tarts (GF) 5 inch 6.50

Breakfast

Date Walnut Scones w/Maple Glaze  4.00 (GF, SF)

Pumpkin Spice Pecan Loaves 10 oz, Banana Walnut 10 oz Loaves,  (both GF, no added oil) 6.50

Cookies & Bars

*Trail Mix Cookies” in an oatmeal cookie base, with pumpkin seeds and dried apricot bits. These are “low-carb” but contain oil.  Each cookie:  7.5 net carbs, 4 grams sugar, 5 grams fat (avocado oil) There are 4 small cookies in a bag.  (GF, soy-free)  $4.50

*Samoa Cookies* dipped in chocolate; healthy version of the Girl Scout cookies 3 small cookies in container $4.
