GREEN HEART MENU FOR SUNDAY 2/28 @ RILLITO PARK FARMERS MARKET 9 AM – 1PM PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER IN NO LATER THAN THURSDAY NIGHT. Pumpkin Red Bean Soup Why, yes! We still have a giant heirloom pumpkin from Robbs Family Farm in Willcox. It will be in this soup with carrots, celery, onions, potatoes and red beans. (GF, SF, oil-free, nut-free) $7.00 Frozen we have: only 2 Tomato Coconut Lentil Paella Yellow squash, eggplant, cauliflower, oyster mushrooms, artichoke hearts, red bell, peas, cooked with saffron rice (jasmine) and sofrito (a fresh tomato onion sauce). Allioli on the side (garlicky mayo w/added lemon juice) (GF, soy-free, oil-free except the allioli, nut-free) $12. Ted’s Bean Pizza On our yeasted whole-wheat pizza crust, Ted layers sautéed carrots, zucchini, onions, on a tomato sauce base, and tops with a layer of black beans, and soy- free vegan mozzarella. This is hearty, and we cut it in large squares. (soy-free, oil-free) $11. Mushroom Lentil Loaf This is the loaf with “all the stuff” in it: carrots, onions, red bell, wild rice, rolled oats, tomato paste, that we make from time to time. (NOT the millet lentil loaf) Small loaves $12. (GF, SF, no added oil, no nuts) Nicoise Salad Mock tuna (garbanzo beans, fresh herbs, nutritional yeast, kelp, gluten-free tamari, pickle relish, soy-free vegenaise, onion), mixed greens, red potatoes, green beans,tomato, Kalamata olives, vegan Ranch dressing (soy-free vegenaise, dill, parsley, onion and garlic powders) (GF, SF, no nuts, oil in vegenaise) $8.50 Sandwiches BBQ Jackfruit Bunwich: sautéed and browned jackfruit, marinated in our BBQ sauce, on an Ezekiel English muffin, lightly toasted, filling in as a healthy bun. Also our cashew cheez spread on the bun. (Soy-free, oil-free) $8.50 Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free, nut-free) Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, Daiya Swiss, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $9 (nut-free, soy-free) Healthy Desserts Triple Berry Uncheesecake: The body is flavored with fresh lime zest. Made primarily with silken tofu (not lots of cream cheez, to keep the calories and fat lower). Topped with our triple berry pie filling. $6.50/slice. (no added fat, GF, nut-free) Organic Carrot Cake w/Vanilla Frosting (GF, oil-free) $6.50/slice Organic Hand Pies w/sprouted spelt crust: Peach,; Cherry $6.50 Hazelnut Truffles (raw, grain-free) 1.75/each Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles (raw, grain-free) 1.75/each Organic Berry Tarts (GF, nut-free) 6.50 *We can make the SOY-FREE filling this week – please specify* Breakfast Chocolate Zucchini Breakfast Muffins.
