Pasta e Fagioli

Our pinto bean-based sausage helps flavor this hearty soup of cannellini beans & WW pasta with Italian herbs & Kalamata olives. Definitely a meal. ( soy-free, oil-free) $8

Frozen: Mulligatawny; “Cream” of Broccoli $7.

Seitan Corned “Beef” & Cabbage

The most tasty & popular seitan that I make (the red comes from pureed beets kneaded into the seitan dough). Served with steamed organic green cabbage, carrots, red potatoes. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, or any day ( SF) $11.00.

*You may substitute 2 slices of Millet Lentil Loaf for GF (instead of the seitan)

Roasted Butternut Squash

stuffed with Sausage & Cornbread Stuffing. The cornbread recipe is the one I use to make the corn muffins I have had at the market: GF, whole- grain, no added fat, no soy. The GF sausage is the one I make for the pizza – made of pinto beans & no added fat. This is delicious topped with

the onion mushroom gravy. One squash is cut in half, and with the stuffing, yields 2 servings. You

may also order additional containers of stuffing. This is SOS-free and soy-free.

1 full squash w/stuffing $24.. (2 servings). 1⁄2 squash w/stuffing $12.

Additional 16 oz container of stuffing $8 (our soup-size container)

White Wine Onion Mushroom Gravy, made w/o fat. (Rice milk base) GF 16 oz containers. Flavored with sage and thyme. Made w/house-made broth. (Can be ordered w/o mushrooms). 16 oz $8 (our soup-size container)

Caponata

Simmered eggplant, organic red bell & red onions, mushrooms, olives, in red wine and tomato sauce. Delicious hot or cold, by itself or on pasta, crackers, raw veggies – or with the butternut squash, if you prefer. (GF, SF, oil-free) $8.00

Sandwiches

Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)

Millet Lentil Loaf: sprouted organic millet & lentils cooked with onion & herbs, then sliced as a loaf. On Dave’s Killer Bread w/our house made cashew cheez and ketchup. $8.50 (soy-free, no added fat)

Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $9
