Corn Chowder

Ted will make his corn chowder with organic corn, roasted corn, potatoes, onions, lima beans, peas, celery. (GF, SF, nut-free) $7.00

Frozen we have: Mushroom Barley, Southwest Black Bean, “Cream” of Broccoli

Roasted Poblano Chili Casserole (not hot spicy)

Think of enchiladas in a red sauce, but not rolled – in layers like lasagna: corn tortillas, gold potatoes, pinto beans, mild green chilis roasted & diced, red sauce with cumin & onions – no hot chilis! – topped w/our “crema” (sunflower seed based w/silken tofu). ( GF, oil-free, nut-free) $10.00


Our house made sausage (pinto beans, oat flour & seasonings) in a mixture with potatoes, onions, red bell in a light tomato sauce, baked in a whole wheat crust. (soy-free, very small amount of oil in crust) $12.00

Moroccan Sweet Potato Salad

Organic quinoa, sweet potatoes, zucchini, green olives, chickpeas, seasoned with Ras al Hanout (which means “top shelf”) Moroccan seasoning.

Dressing is our hummus, thinned with almond milk, additionally seasoned with lemon juice and Dijon.

(GF, soy-free, oil-free) 10 oz. $9


Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)

Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10.

Organic Millet Lentil Loaf w/our cashew cheez: on Dave’s Killer Bread, w/ketchup. Sprouted millet & green lentils cooked with onion, basil, thyme & oregano, to make a loaf that is sliced and put in the sandwich. (loaf & cashew cheez are GF, SF, oil-free. Dave’s Bread has gluten) $8.50 for the sandwich
