Ted’s Italian Pizza

On our yeasted whole-wheat pizza crust, Ted will use zucchini, onions & carrots, with our house made sausage, in a tomato sauce and topped with soy-free vegan mozzarella. (This is not as heavy-duty as the Bean Pizza.) (soy-free, oil-free) $11.

BBQ Ribs w/Potato Salad

House-made seitan spare “ribs” in our BBQ sauce, with potato salad (SF, oil in soy-free Vegenaise-based dressing on the potato salad) $11

Nicoise Salad

Mock tuna (garbanzo beans, fresh herbs, nutritional yeast, kelp, gluten-free tamari, pickle relish, soy-free vegenaise, onion), mixed greens, red potatoes, green beans,tomato, Kalamata olives, vegan Ranch dressing (soy-free vegenaise, dill, parsley, onion and garlic powders)

(GF, SF, no nuts, oil in vegenaise) $8.50

Sandwiches

Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. $8.50 (filling is soy-free)

Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free, nut-free)

Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, Daiya Swiss, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $9 (nut-free, soy-free)
