Summer Borscht w/Cucumber & Fresh Dill

Yes, organic beets, cucumbers, red bells & with coconut yogurt. Very refreshing.(Cold soup!) (GF,SF, oil-free, nut-free) $7.00

Ted’s Split Pea Soup

With potatoes, parsnips, carrots & onions. Possibly THE most popular soup we make. Very hearty; it’s a meal. (GF, SF, oil-free, nut-free) $7.50

Served with “creamed” spinach & Swiss chard over farro. (As farro is not GF, let me know if you’d prefer brown basmati rice) (The “cream” sauce is an almond milk base.)

Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

Organic spinach and mushrooms, nutritional yeast, onion, in an organic tofu-based filling, topped with fresh tomato & Daiya Swiss cheez, in a whole-grain spelt crust.

( filling is oil-free; crust is low oil) $9.00/slice

Whole 9” Quiche $30.

Gluten-free option: GF crust, OR no crust (for grain- free) $9/slice. Whole 9” GF Crust Quiche $35.

Nicoise Salad

Mock tuna (garbanzo beans, fresh herbs, nutritional yeast, kelp, gluten-free tamari, pickle relish, our house made mayo, onion), mixed greens, red potatoes, green beans, tomato, Kalamata olives, vegan Ranch dressing (soy-free vegenaise, coconut yogurt, dill, parsley, onion and garlic powders)

Sandwiches

Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)

Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of our tofu-based mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. $8.50 (filling is oil-free)

Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10.

BBQ Jackfruit on a “Bun”: Jackfruit dry-sauteed and marinated in our house-made BBQ sauce, with our cashew cheez spread on an Ezekiel English muffin (acting as a healthy bun.) $8.50 (SF, no added oil)
