Southwest Black Bean Soup
Ted will make his delicious and popular black bean soup that he seasons with his epazote (he has plenty dried as his new garden is still coming up). Also, Mexican tarragon, roasted corn, red bells, some tomatoes. (GF, SF, no oil) $7
Calzone!
Our house made sausage (pinto beans, oat flour & seasonings) in a mixture with potatoes, onions, red bell in a light tomato sauce, baked in a whole wheat crust. (soy-free, very small amount of oil in crust) $12.00.
Moroccan Sweet Potato Salad
Organic quinoa, sweet potatoes, zucchini, green olives, chickpeas, seasoned with Ras al Hanout (which means “top shelf”) Moroccan seasoning. Dressing is our hummus, thinned with almond milk, additionally seasoned with lemon juice and Dijon.
(GF, soy-free, oil-free) 10 oz. $9
Tempeh Coconut Curry
This is one of the favorite entrees, cubes of 3-grain tempeh, garbanzos, broccoli, Brussels sprouts & green beans, in a coconut milk-based curry, with just the right amount of “spice” (fresh ginger & garlic). Served with organic brown Basmati. (no nuts, no oil) $10.
Sandwiches
Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)
Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of our tofu-based mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. $8.50 (filling is oil-free)
Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10.

Tiramisu by the slice (GF, SF, oil-free) 7.00 The mascarpone is made of whipped coconut cream blended with soaked cashews and maple syrup.
Chocolate Cherry Parfaits – these are becoming popular as people “discover” them. Bits of chocolate cake trim layered with organic cherries & our chocolate mousse. (GF, nut-free, no added fat) $5
