Tomato Coconut Lentil Soup

As the name suggests, lentils are cooked in a broth of fire roasted tomatoes, coconut milk, with white onions, garlic, cumin, coriander and turmeric.

(GF, SF, no oil) $7

Frozen:  Southwest Black Bean $7

Vegetable Paella

Lion’s Mane Mushrooms, yellow squash, eggplant, plum tomatoes in a white wine sauce.  Allioli on the side (garlic mayo sauce) On saffron rice with peas & green olives.  (GF, SF, nut-free, oil in allioli) $12.00.

Baked Falafel w/Tzatziki Sauce

on Farro

Fresh cilantro and parsley season the chickpea-based falafel, with a cold dressing of coconut yogurt, cucumber & fresh dill, on top of a whole-grain farro salad (with roma tomatoes & fresh oregano).

(Soy-free, no nuts, oil-free) $12.

 

Sandwiches

Chickpea Mock “Tuna”:  8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)

Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of  our tofu-based mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. $8.50 (filling is oil-free)

Millet Lentil Loaf: Our sprouted organic millet & lentil loaf, on Dave’s Bread, with our cashew cheez spread & ketchup. $8.50 (filling is GF, oil-free, SF)
*You may also order the Millet Lentil Loaf, no bread, as a small loaf. $12.

Seitan Reuben:  house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake – by the slice- $6.50 (GF, nut-free, no oil)

Chocolate Cherry Parfaits – Bits of chocolate cake trim layered with organic cherries & our chocolate mousse. (GF, nut-free, no added fat) $5

Strawberry Rhubarb Mini-Pies w/streusel top (GF, SF, oil-free) 6.50 each

Triple Berry Hand Pies in organic sprouted spelt crust $7.

Lemon Bars (GF, nut-free) 5.00

Peanut “Butter” Truffles (raw) 2./each or 3 for $5. (made with dry roasted peanuts)

Organic Fresh Berry Tarts (GF, nut-free) 6.50 Please specify if you’d like soy-free filling.

Oatmeal Applesauce w/Chocolate Chip (SF, GF, no added fat, no nuts) 4.50

“New” Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie made with almond flour and almond butter. (SF, GF, the almond butter is the “fat”) $4.50
