Ted’s Split Pea Soup

Green split peas, potatoes, onions, carrots, parsnips This is probably our most popular soup.. (GF, SF, oil- free) Ted uses lots of herbs. $7.00

Frozen: Zesty Harvest Vegetable w/Posole, Tomato Coconut Lentil (1), Mushroom Barley (2)

Mushroom Ragout on Garlic

Mashed Potatoes

The mashed potatoes are made without oil/fat: steamed with garlic cloves and mashed with non- dairy milk. The ragout: crimini, shiitake, portobella mushrooms simmered in broth and sherry, seasoned, and garnished with parsley. Also green beans on the side.

Calzone – “ChickUn”

We will make a variation on our ChickUn no curry. Our Alfredo sauce, with a hint of chipotle for zest, mixed with tempeh chickUn, diced potatoes & onions, will fill our whole wheat crust. (Not tomato-based) (soy-free, very small amount of oil in crust) $12.00.

Sandwiches

Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)

Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. $8.50 (filling is oil-free)

Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our house made cashew cheez, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10

Millet Lentil Loaf: w/cashew cheez & ketchup on Dave’s Killer Bread. We soak and sprout organic millet and lentils, then simmer them with the herbs that go in meatloaf: basil, thyme, oregano. And onion. The millet lentil loaf is then sliced for the sandwich. Very hearty. (SF, oil-free) $8.50

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake organic whole grain oat flour, gently sweetened with agave, frosted in our silken tofu-based dark chocolate frosting. By the slice- $7.00 (GF, nut-free, no oil)
