Mulligatawny Soup
A thick hearty soup of organic red lentils & organic sweet potatoes, with roasted organic garbanzos. Seasoned with fresh ginger & garlic & Indian spices. (GF, SF, oil-free, no onions) $7.00

Ted’s Bean Pizza
On our whole-wheat pizza crust, Ted layers sautéed carrots, zucchini, onions, on a tomato sauce base, and tops with a layer of black beans, and soy-free vegan mozzarella. This is hearty, and we cut it in large squares. (soy-free, oil-free) $11.
Thai Red Curry
This recipe is from the current issue of Forks Over Knives magazine. I ordered 3 of the ingredients I didn’t have: galangal, ground lemon grass and ground kaffir lime leaf. *I will not be adding the dried red chilis* as we do not want “hot spicy”. In the curry will be bok choy, broccoli, asparagus, carrot, onion, garbanzos & zucchini. Served with brown jasmine rice. $11 (GF, soy-free, nut-free, oil-free)
Sandwiches
Millet Lentil Loaf: Our sprouted organic millet & lentil loaf, on Dave’s Bread, with our cashew cheez spread & ketchup. $8.50 (filling is GF, oil- free, SF)

BBQ Jackfruit on a “Bun”: Jackfruit dry-sauteed and marinated in our house-made BBQ sauce, with our cashew cheez spread on an Ezekiel English muffin, masquerading as a healthy bun. $8.50 (GF, SF, no added oil) $9
Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)
Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our house made cashew cheez, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10

Chocolate Brown Cake: organic whole grain oat flour, organic cacao & frosted in our silken tofu-based chocolate frosting: tofu, dark chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla. $7 per slice (GF, nut-free, no oil)

Pecan Tarts – same size as the fresh fruit tarts were. GF oat flour crust. $7
Pumpkin Mini-Pies: in a GF oat crust, the pumpkin filling has a silken tofu base. Perfectly sweetened and spiced. $6.50. (no added fat, not even in crust)
Organic Apple Hand Pies: in an organic sprouted spelt crust. The apples are mildly sweetened w/agave. (soy-free, nut-free) $6.50
Alaine’s Rainforest Cake – a loaf made of Brazil nuts, dates, 2 kinds of dried apricots, pineapple, raisins, craisins, fresh orange zest, agave and brown rice flour.
