Red Bean & Butternut Squash Stew
Butternut squash, roasted, then added to a thick soup of red beans, organic red bell peppers, carrots, onions, fresh tomatoes, and seasoned with herbs. Back by request, Ted will make this colorful & tasty stew, seasoned with his garden herbs.(GF, SF, no oil) $7

Chickpea Potato Tagine over Herbed Quinoa
This is a Moroccan dish: chickpeas, Yukon Gold potatoes (are those Moroccan??), diced fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, fresh ginger, lemon, and herbs combine for a hearty dish. – and over quinoa. (GF, SF, no oil). $11.
Roasted Cauliflower Steaks &
Served with “creamed” spinach over farro. (As farro is not GF, let me know if you’d prefer brown basmati rice) (The “cream” sauce is an almond milk base.) (oil-free, soy-free) $12.00
Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $8. (filling is GF, oil-free)
Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. $9.00 (filling is oil-free)

Fig Balsamic Holiday Loaf:
A festive combination of flavors (and no mushrooms) and textures: sweet potatoes, lentils, walnuts, rolled oats, and yes, dried Mission figs, seasoned with onion, garlic, celery, Dijon, tomato paste, tamari and balsamic vinegar.
A full loaf serves 8. $40.
Mini-loaf (the size of our Banana Walnut Bread) $15.
Mushroom Ragout over Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
The mashed potatoes are made without oil/fat: organic Yukon Gold potatoes steamed with garlic cloves and mashed with almond milk. The ragout: crimini, shiitake, portobella mushrooms simmered in broth, sherry, seasoned, and garnished with parsley. (soy-free, oil-free, GF) $12
Lion’s Mane Mushrooms, yellow squash, eggplant, plum tomatoes in a white wine sauce. Allioli on the side (garlic mayo sauce) On saffron rice with peas & green olives. (GF, SF, nut-free, oil in allioli) $12.00.
You may also order containers of our Cashew Cheez Spread, which is great on crackers, sandwiches, etc. 4 oz or 8 oz containers. 4 oz $6./ 8 oz $10
Black Bean Greek Olive Mushroom Walnut Tapenade, also excellent on crackers or veggies. This has been a favorite in my family since I started making it in the early ‘90’s; my sister requested it for her wedding reception in the late ‘90’s. Our soup-size container $14.
Silken Tofu Pumpkin Pie w/organic spelt crust. 9-inch deep-dish $30. If you need GF, I can make an oat flour crust – which is not a shaped pastry crust.
There is no fat in the pumpkin filling; there is a small amount of coconut oil in the spelt crust (most fat is replaced out with rice milk and the agave sweetener). The oat crust has no fat. Also Pumpkin Mini-pies (as I have each week at the farmers market) in spelt crust OR order with oat crust: $6

Pear Cranberry Upside Down Cake is delicious and beautiful. Made w/o any added fat, not too sweet. 10-inch $30.

Pumpkin Pecan Uncheescake: as in the photo; our tofu pumpkin uncheesecake decorated w/pecans around the top edge. 6-inch $30 (serves 6). 10-inch $40 (serves 10). Please note the top can “crack” as there is no added fat – it is not a “problem”.
