Ted will make his tomato-based vegetable soup w/peas, carrots, onions, green beans, corn, POZOLE. Seasoned with his garden herbs. (GF, SF, oil-free) $7.50
Frozen Soups: Mulligatawny (only 1), Tomato Coconut Lentil $7.
Mac n’Cheez w/Roasted Veggies
Whole wheat pasta in our cheez sauce, topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, asparagus, broccoli, red bell peppers & sweet onions.
*Can be made gluten-free. Let us know.*

Vegan Saag w/Tofu Paneer
“Creamed” spinach, carrots, mushrooms, with cubed and marinated tofu (to be the paneer), seasoned with East Indian spices (ginger, garam masala, garlic, onions, curry), and served with organic brown basmati rice. And garnished with “quick-pickled” purple cabbage (GF, no oil or nuts) $12
*Can be made without mushrooms. Let us know.*
Although we’re not making our ribs, we are offering our Yukon Gold potato salad. Vegenaise-based dressing. Red onions, radishes, dill, celery (the usual suspects). (GF, no nuts)

Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of our tofu-based mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. $9.00 (filling is oil-free)
Seitan Reuben: house-made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, house-made cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $10.
Summer Sunset Pie: peaches, mangos & strawberries gently sweetened with agave, in an oat flour base crust, topped with streusel: pecans, dates, coconut, cinnamon & nutmeg, with a splash of maple syrup. (GF, SF, no added oil)
9” Pie $32.
Tiramisu by the slice (GF, SF, oil-free) 7.00 The mascarpone is made of whipped coconut cream blended with soaked cashews and maple syrup.

Pear Cranberry Upside Down Cake: ripe pear slices set in fresh cranberries. A single layer cake of organic whole grain oat flour, gently sweetened with agave, and lightly spiced with cinnamon and cloves. (GF, no added fat, nut-free) By the slice $5.
