Southwest Black Bean Soup
Ted will make his delicious and popular black bean soup that he seasons with his epazote. Also, Mexican tarragon, roasted corn, red bells, some tomatoes. (GF, SF) $7.50
Frozen Soups: Zesty Veg w/Posole, Tomato Coconut Lentil (only 2) $7.
Barbecued Stuffed Sweet
Potatoes
Sloppy Joes meet baked potatoes: jackfruit & lentils simmered in our barbecue sauce, then stuffed and topped on organic sweet potatoes. Also with “quick- pickled” red onion garnish and diced cucumbers. (GF, SF, no added oil, no nuts) Herbed quinoa on the side. $13.
Vegan Saag w/Tofu Paneer
“Creamed” spinach, carrots, mushrooms, with cubed and marinated tofu (to be the paneer), seasoned with East Indian spices (ginger, garam masala, garlic, onions, curry), and served with organic brown basmati rice. And garnished with “quick-pickled” purple cabbage (GF, no oil or nuts) $13. *Can be made without mushrooms. Let us know.*
Nicoise Salad
Our chickpea mock “tuna” on organic greens, with steamed red potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes, artichoke heart, Kalamata olives. Our Ranch dressing on the side. (GF, SF) $9
8 oz container of our Ranch Dressing: $7.
Sandwiches
Chickpea Mock “Tuna”: 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. This is very low fat, as we make the “mayo” (tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, agave), and high in fiber and plant protein. $9. (filling is GF, oil-free)
Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of our tofu-based mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, OR on Dave’s Killer Bread. $10.00 (filling is oil-free)
Seitan Reuben: house-made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, house-made cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $11.
Sides:
Ted will season his cashew cheez with herbs, and it will be 6 oz in weight. We’ll have samples to taste on Sunday. Price TBD; we don’t yet know the “yield” of the batch.
Healthy Desserts
Organic Carrot Cake: organic oat flour, carrots, pineapple, raisins, pecans, sweetened with agave, no added oil, frosted in our vanilla tofu-based frosting.

Hand Pie: Desert Sunset Pie: peaches, mangos, pineapple & strawberries gently sweetened with agave, in an organic sprouted spelt crust. (Soy-free) $7.50
Lemon Bars w/oat flour crust, sweetened with xylitol (GF, oil-free) $5
Mixed Organic Berry Tarts (GF, no nuts) 7.50 ( Please specify if you’d like soy-free filling)
Chocolate Cherry Parfaits: bits of chocolate cake trim layered with organic cherries & our chocolate frosting. (GF, nut-free, no added fat) $5

Carrot Cake Loaf (GF, no added oil): essentially, the Carrot Cake in another shape & w/o frosting $7.
