Creamy Roasted Leek & Potato Soup
Roasted leeks, shallots & potatoes: creamy, comforting and flavorful. (GF, SF, nut-free, no added oil) $7.50
Frozen: Pumpkin Red Bean Stew (GF, SF, no added oil); Pumpkin Red Lentil Soup (GF, SF, no added oil); Mushroom Barley Soup. (SF, oil-free, nut-free) $7.
Rustic Cassoulet
Fava beans, potatoes, our vegan sausage, tomatoes, carrots, celery, butternut squash, onions, herbs, topped with GF garlic bread crumbs. (SF, GF, nut-free, there will be a small amount of olive oil with bread crumbs) $13.
Forbidden Rice Bowl w/Pickled Cabbage
A creamy miso-ginger dressing (on the side) of assorted organic veggies (including broccoli & cauliflower) and edamame, over black rice. The pickled purple cabbage on top adds tangy flavor. This can be eaten hot or cold or room temp. (GF, oil-free, nut-free) $12
Sandwiches
Lentil Burger Patties: a delicious alternative to frozen “factory-made” patties (that always seem to be too spicy, too salty, or too bland). They contain lentils, brown rice, black beans, GF bread crumbs and onions and seasonings (cumin & sage). You will heat them up in a pan on the stove. Can be eaten on a bun (let me know if you need a Dave’s Killer Bun), or by itself. These keep beautifully in the freezer; I kept several over 6 mos! (GF, SF, no added fat) 2 patties $7.
Millet Lentil Loaf: Our sprouted organic millet & lentil loaf, on Dave’s Bread, with our cashew cheez spread & ketchup. $10 (filling is GF, oil-free, SF)
You may also order a small loaf, no bread $13.
Curried ChickUn Salad: 3 grain tempeh in a dressing of mayo and mango chutney, mixed with celery, raisins & roasted cashews. 8 oz container, or on Dave’s Killer Bread. $10.00 (filling is oil-free)
Seitan Reuben: house made seitan corned “beef”, sauerkraut, our cashew cheez spread, with our Russian dressing, on organic sprouted rye. $11

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake by the slice: organic oat flour, sweetened w/agave, silken tofu chocolate frosting. (GF, no added oil, no nuts). $7.50/ slice

Tiramisu by the slice (GF, SF, oil-free) 7.50 The mascarpone is made of whipped coconut cream blended with soaked cashews and maple syrup.
